HARBIN, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- Foreign trade of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province rose 7.6 percent year on year to 169.1 billion yuan (about 24.2 billion U.S. dollars) in the first 11 months of the year.

Heilongjiang's exports totaled 31.3 billion yuan, up 19.3 percent year on year from January to November, while its imports increased 5.2 percent to about 137.8 billion yuan during the period, the Harbin Customs said on Wednesday.

The province's trade with Russia has maintained stable growth, with the January-November volume increasing by 4.1 percent to around 116 billion yuan compared with the same period of last year, which accounted for 68.6 percent of the total.
